Hemp Well Packaging Safe For the Planet; US Model Toxics in Packaging Laws Recertification - Hemp Well

Hemp Well adheres to the US Model Toxics in Packaging Legislation (TPCH: Toxics in Packaging Clearing House) (formerly drafted by CONEG). This legislation regulates the amount of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury and Hexavalent Chromium Content. that can be present in packaging, in order to protect consumers and the environment. The legislation requires that all packaging be free of these toxins, and Hemp Well is committed to meeting this standard.

As of June 2022, the TPCH legislation has been enacted by California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
